Do you say “yes” when you really mean “no”?

Hey girlfriend,
It's a new week and a fresh start. I want to talk to you about the pressure trap of saying "yes" when you reallllyy want to say "no".
We've all been there. You feel on the spot, under pressure, and your head is reciting "no" on but you open your mouth and you hear "yes".

Have you ever considered...

If you are saying yes when you mean no, maybe there is something you need from them.

Do you catch yourself agreeing to things or making commitments when you’d rather not?

A lot of times an eagerness to say yes when you want to say no is driven by guilt.

But what if our people-pleasing of saying *yes* was really about something else.

Maybe you feel like you need to say yes so they will like you.
Maybe you need to say yes so they don’t think you are lazy.
Maybe you’re afraid you will lose something.
Maybe you value their approval more than you value your boundaries.

So how much do you value your boundaries?

Or do you need to create some?
