Is Balance a Myth?

It feels so great to have the fresh start of a new week. On Sunday's, I plan my week. I look at my commitments, meal plan, schedule workouts and set boundaries to create balance in my week.
Are you thinking balance is just as mystical as a unicorn? Fun to talk about but you don't believe its actually possible?
I've been there. Actually, I was there last week. Even as a life and wellness coach I experience overwhelm and busy seasons of life. I get back on track with a simple system and I want to share it with you:
The process of creating balance and boundaries...
is just that: a process.
At first its all about discovery.
Look into the depths of who you are.
Find out what really matters to you.
Then decide who you want to be.
This part can feel like you’re digging through mud.
You’ll need to bring your work boots 🥾
Personal development isn’t always pretty.
But it’s always worth it!!
What’s pretty is getting to the other side.
Getting to that place where your values are so crystal clear boundaries become part of who you are.
Once you’ve established who you want to be, you UNAPOLOGETICALLY live your life.

But, your work isn’t done.
Life is still going to happen.
However, now you can approach things with gratitude, a sense of curiosity and from a place of thriving energy.
So take a moment.
Take a breath.
Decide this week you will prioritize your values.
