What do I need to let go of?

Hey Girlfriend!

Sometimes you just need to ask yourself some questions. Like really ask, and give yourself some emotional space to answer.

One of my favorite questions to journal or meditate on is ...

“What do I need to let go of?”

When you ask yourself this question start listing anything that comes to mind.
It doesn’t have to be neat, full sentences or pretty - just get it out!

I used this question in one of my client sessions, here’s what she said:

I need to let go of...

Perfectionism

Need for others approval 

Comparison- I need to stay in my lane

Perception of what others may or may not be thinking

Next, I asked,

“What do you want to step into/focus on/embody?”

Grace, giving myself time to learn

Allowing myself to be a beginner

Choosing one chapter at a time

Inner strength

Confidence

Self-respect

Release the rules I made up for myself
