Are you living for the weekend?

Happy Sunday!

I was having a conversation with one of my clients about how much she loves her days off and the weekend.
Normal, right?

I think it’s safe to say everyone enjoys a day off.

But what is bothersome is this idea that we are always “living for the weekend”.

I challenged her affection for the weekend, asking:

☀️How could you make every day feel like the weekend?☀️

It’s important to find joyful moments in our everyday life.
It starts with gratitude and looking at things differently.

Maybe you soak up the joy of fluffy pillows and a comfy bed when you wake up.
Maybe you find extra bliss in putting a silky moisturizer (with SPF) on your face.
Maybe it’s an extra moment of appreciation for a cup of coffee or tea.

The truth is these little moments add up! They create the fibers of our life.

✨Are you ready to notice blissful moments every day?✨

Love + Light,
