Open if you are high maintenance

Happy Monday!

Are you afraid of being called high maintenance?
So afraid that you’d rather just be “easy to please”
What is that really doing? 
When you decide "oh I’ll just be easy, not to ruffle feathers."

Doesn’t that feel like walking on eggshells?

When you decide to be easy - sometimes you experience regretful or resentful feelings about the commitment.

Which, let's be honest will be reflected in your energy and attitude.
Being easy to please might feel helpful but it’s important to understand what you actually want is completely valid..and you deserve that!

You don’t have to be easy to please to seem nice.

You can set the necessary boundaries while being kind.

You can ask for what you want with compassion.

So what do you really want?
