I don’t know the last time I touched my heart
I had the most incredible experience at a Tony Robbins event!
There are so many things/experiences/life-changing moments I could talk about from this event..
But one thing that has really stuck with me is this exercise/meditation that I will be implementing into my daily routine.
Its only 2 minutes
120 seconds
With both hands on your heart begin to cultivate feelings of gratitude
✨gratitude for anything
✨gratitude for something from the past
✨gratitude for a time of laughter
✨gratitude for a time of love
✨gratitude for a time in the future
✨gratitude for your dreams becoming reality
And in the last 30 seconds- gratitude for as many things as you can think of.
This beautiful exercise nearly brought me to tears.
I am so grateful for all the love & beauty in my life.
And this experience, although simple, can change your life.
It felt so good in my entire body to be holding my heart and feeling these feelings.
When it was over - in an arena with 7,000 humans- I turned to hug & high five the “strangers” around me.
One man from Turkey through broken English and a tear in his eye turned to me and said: “That was so amazing, I don’t actually remember the last time I touched my heart”
I have chills remembering this incredible shared moment
So I ask you, when’s the last time you touched your heart?
When’s the last time you allowed yourself to feel so deeply grateful that it radiated through your entire body?
Try it.
You can’t help but smile.
Start with just being grateful for your beating heart, for it is a gift we often overlook
Can you spare 2 minutes-120 seconds to change your life?
When you try this please message me about your experience ❤️❤️
I love hearing from you!
xoxo
