It's easy to get caught up in all the things we have to do, even the things we want to do. But who are you being while you do those things?
I want to inspire you to set an intention for how you want to be as you live life.
At work, with friends/family, working out, anywhere you go how do you want to be?
For me, this week I am setting the intention to be calm and patient. When feelings of frustration, anxiety or stress come up-- I'll look to my intention, reset and do my best to change my vibe to calm and patient.
